You will support clients in finding Assistive Technology that enhances mobility and independence, while also managing the administrative processes that make this possible.On Any Given Day, You Might BeDemonstrating products in the showroom with clients and therapistsPreparing quotes and processing ordersManaging online and email enquiriesLiaising with funding bodies to ensure client needs are met efficientlyThe role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy with data entry, and confidence in working across multiple software systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide face-to-face and online customer service, ensuring a positive client experienceAccurately prepare and process quotes, orders and funding documentationNavigate multiple computer systems (web-based and proprietary) to manage enquiries and recordsRespond promptly to email and online enquiries in a professional mannerLiaise with therapists, government funding agencies and clients to coordinate timely solutionsMaintain showroom presentation and stock as requiredSkills & QualificationsMinimum typing speed of 30 wpm with strong computer literacy (essential)Previous customer service or administrative experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracyWillingness to obtain relevant checks (Police/NDIS Worker Screening)BenefitsEmployee discounts on Aidacare health equipment products and servicesQuarterly incentive schemeEmployee Assistance Program (mental wellness support)National benefits program (retail, insurance, gym and more)Comprehensive training program to equip you for successAbout AidacareAidacare is a national leader in the Healthcare Equipment industry, with over 1,300 staff across 90+ locations.
