 
        
        About the Role
We are looking for a resilient and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our client in Coopers Plains This role is the hub between Transport, Manufacturing, and Account Management, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered smoothly.
The position requires strong problem-solving skills, persistence to follow through, and the ability to think outside the box. While inbound calls are minimal, the role is email-heavy, requiring excellent written communication and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
You'll begin managing residential orders, progressing to resellers, and eventually commercial clients. 
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders in Key Orders and related systems.
- Monitor stock levels, allocate trucks, and arrange labour for deliveries.
- Facilitate stock management and order maintenance.
- Act as the central link between Transport, Manufacturing, and Account Management.
- Coordinate freight orders to ensure on-time and efficient delivery.
- Manage a high volume of emails, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Persistently follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed.
- Retain product, process, and order knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and apply creative problem-solving.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or order processing highly regarded.
- Strong system skills and data entry accuracy (Key Orders experience advantageous).
- High resilience with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent written communication - strong focus on email correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to retain information.
- Persistent, proactive, and solutions-driven approach.
