Contributing to the development and management of project plans and schedules. Supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Training new staff to enhance team knowledge and capability. Providing advice and technical expertise on specific project areas. Conducting research, analysis, and preparing reports on project activities. Drafting a range of documentation, including business cases and executive briefs. Monitoring budgets, reviewing expenditures, and assisting with procurement and contract management. Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and benefits. Maintaining stakeholder relationships to ensure project alignment and success. To be suitable for this role you will have: Strong customer service support skills. Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks. The ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Personal resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments. Strong stakeholder relationship management capabilities. Knowledge Requirements Comprehensive understanding of project management frameworks and policies. Familiarity with service models, agency programs, and relevant legislation.
