Our client based in the Oxenford area is a growing service based company with a fun company culture and strong client focus. They are now seeking an experienced administrative all-rounder to join the team in a role that supports their clientele, contractors and stakeholders.
This is a full time permanent position, working Monday to Friday with duties including:
- Updating work schedules and job notes in the system
- Assisting with schedule management and filling of jobs with contractors
- Booking client home visits for the Manager
- Obtaining approvals for extra services requested by clients
- Daily accounts receivable reconciliations and coding of invoices ( in Xero)
- At least 3 years' recent experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent administrative skill with highly accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skills
- Accounts experience (basic-intermediate)
- Xero (or similar) as well as MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM's
- Professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients
- High organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Good presentation and a great, team focused personality
