The role of Billing Administrator involves working with billing information to create invoices. You will be responsible for creating Credit Notes and correcting invoices, submitting them to client portals for payment and setting up portal profiles.
You will also respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and perform root cause investigations. Additionally, you will prepare information relevant to invoice creation and submit it in the correct format to an invoice creator.
Documentation of processes and instructions is a key part of this role, as well as completing all necessary billing tasks as required. Collaboration with other teams is also essential to ensure invoice accuracy and timely delivery.
