Devlyn Construction is privately owned and has been established in Western Australia for over 34 years. We are a leading commercial contractor that specialises in delivering projects across a range of sectors in WA's metropolitan and regional locations.
Due to continued growth and success, we currently have a position for an experienced Site Manager to join our Southwest operations.
THE ROLE
As a Site Manager at Devlyn, you will be responsible for:
* Management of the construction process from start to finish;
* Implementation and management of workplace health and safety while promoting a strong safety culture;
* Quality control and management;
* Working with complex and strict time-frames;
* Management of employees;
* Management and coordination of subcontractors, trades and materials; and
* Stakeholder engagement with clients, architects and project managers - while maintaining exceptional customer service.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful with Devlyn, the ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive on-site commercial construction experience;
* Demonstrated ability of working with complex and strict time-frames;
* Strong construction knowledge;
* Strong interpersonal skills; and
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
