Providing high-quality care to residents is a vital aspect of this clinical position. As a lead clinician, you will work collaboratively with the care team to deliver evidence-based interventions and ensure all care practices meet regulatory standards.
* A current National Practicing Registration as a Registered Division 1 Nurse
* Two years' experience post completion of graduate year in a clinical role
The successful candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering person-centred care. They will be able to lead and support care staff with mentorship and expert guidance.
1. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop accurate personalised care plans
2. Lead and manage the care team with a focus on quality improvement and stakeholder satisfaction
3. Implement and monitor infection control procedures
4. Ensure timely and thorough documentation of all care activities
5. Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external health providers
6. Manage compliments, complaints, and feedback professionally
7. Identify and report risks to the Facility Manager
