About the Opportunity Our client is a leading supplier of specialised products critical to the mining industry, supporting some of Australia's largest mining companies. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking experienced Warehouse All-Rounders to join their dynamic team in Thomastown.
Available Shifts Include
* Labourer: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 4:00 AM
* Labourer: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* Painter: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
This role offers a competitive rate of $32.32 per ordinary hour + overtime.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general labouring tasks within a manufacturing environment, including assisting with machine setup and palletising finished products
* Apply resin paint to finished products with care and precision
* Confidently handle manual tasks involving weights up to 10kg
* Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily KPIs and maintain safety standards
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in labouring or manufacturing roles
* Comfortable with manual handling and standing for extended periods
* Strong communication skills and a committed work ethic
* Physically fit and capable of meeting the physical demands of the role
