We have an exciting opportunity for part-time team members to join our team as Customer Service Superstars We have opportunities available in our Gaming team.
The purpose of this role is to:
* Create memorable experiences for our customers
* Educate our customers about what's on at the club, product offerings and membership rewards
* Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service
* Embrace the Club's Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
* Comply with the Club's policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling)
* Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
* Be willing and able to work in a variety of areas within the club
* Be open to training and development opportunities and willing to learn all aspects of the club
* Help the club to continuously improve and strive for a constructive culture where all are welcome
To succeed in this role you'll have:
* Exceptional customer service
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Health and Safety mindset with high standards in safety, hygiene and cleanliness
* Active contribution to a reliable, progressive team
* Flexible and adaptable nature across the Club's operating hours as split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays will be required
* Previous experience working in hospitality
* Current RSA and RCG certificates, ARCG preferred (not essential)
