About the Role
This position plays a vital part in enhancing customer experience and service delivery by developing functional requirements, analysing data, and facilitating collaboration across teams.
You will be responsible for producing reports, interpreting data using standard statistical techniques, coordinating reporting to monitor improvements and performance outcomes, developing functional business requirements aligned with policy and legislation, translating metrics to inform decision-making and enhance customer experience, designing and delivering workshops and consultation tools for stakeholder engagement, establishing governance frameworks and dashboards to track divisional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Produce reports and interpret data using standard statistical techniques. Coordinate reporting to monitor improvements and performance outcomes.
* Functional Business Requirements: Develop functional business requirements aligned with policy and legislation.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Design and deliver workshops and consultation tools for stakeholder engagement.
* Governance Frameworks: Establish governance frameworks and dashboards to track divisional outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
* Documentation and Writing: Excellent documentation, writing, and solution analysis capabilities.
* Data Analysis and Reporting Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* CRM Experience: Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (desirable).
* Automated Correspondence and On-screen Guidance Tools: Knowledge of automated correspondence and on-screen guidance tools (desirable).
