Eminence Energy is establishing a new Power & Utilities Division to deliver civil electrical and distribution infrastructure projects across Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead this exciting growth phase and help shape the division from the ground up.
This role will suit someone with strong technical understanding across street lighting, underground power, civil electrical infrastructure, area and pathway lighting, distribution upgrades, transformer replacements, network interfacing, trenching and conduits, pits and pipe systems, and public infrastructure electrical works.
About the Role
You will oversee end-to-end project delivery for a range of power and civil electrical projects across metropolitan and regional WA. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with management to build operational capability, develop client relationships, and establish delivery frameworks for a new specialist division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of civil electrical and power infrastructure projects including street lighting, UGP, area lighting, and distribution works
- Manage project schedules, cost control, subcontractors, procurement and site delivery
- Oversee quality, safety, compliance and reporting requirements
- Engage with utilities, councils, civil contractors and stakeholders
- Drive division growth through networking, tender support, and business development
- Support the development of internal systems, processes and delivery methodologies
- Provide technical guidance to supervisors, electricians and delivery teams
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within civil electrical, distribution, utilities, or related power infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of street lighting, UGP, civil electrical construction, public lighting and distribution upgrades
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to build and grow something new
- Ability to build relationships and support business development activities
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver high-quality outcomes
- WA Electrical Licence
