Front Office Team Member
Crowne Plaza Canberra is seeking a dedicated Front Office Team Member to join their dynamic team. As a key player in delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, upselling opportunities, problem resolution, and providing personalized recognition to our guests.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
* Process check-in and check-out functions efficiently, including general cashiering and processing of guest accounts.
* Upsell rooms, packages, and car parking services to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and local attractions to provide thoughtful recommendations to guests.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel grooming standards.
* Collaborate with the Front Office team to achieve goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Essential:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in guest relations, problem-solving, and time management.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
