Aged care professionals are sought after to join our team at Palms Aged Care Service in Ingham, Queensland. The role involves working closely with the service manager and allied health professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents.
* This is a rewarding opportunity for part-time Registered Nurses to work various shifts in a supportive team environment. You will be responsible for evaluating the care needs of residents, developing and reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records.
As a dedicated clinician, you will provide high-quality care to our residents while promoting a culture of compassion and respect. Your experience and qualifications for the role should include:
* A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;
* Some residential aged care experience;
* The ability to problem-solve using best practice methods and have demonstrated clinical knowledge;
* High-level professional written and verbal communication skills;
* A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards;
* Current National Police and NDIS Screening Check, or the ability to obtain it; and
* Possession of a current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate, or a willingness to update it.
