The Assistant plays a pivotal role in maintaining a welcoming and functional environment for staff and guests. This position is responsible for managing shared spaces, delivering exceptional customer services, and providing logistical support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key responsibilities include maintaining shared facilities by ensuring cleanliness and stock levels are optimal. Additionally, the Assistant will provide logistics support, assist with mail handling, goods receipt and distribution, packing, warehousing, and material handling tasks while adhering to safe manual handling practices.
Upholding high standards of customer service is essential, as well as engaging in continuous improvement and contributing positively to team goals and service delivery. Ensuring safety and compliance by following all health, wellbeing, and safety protocols is also crucial.
Effective collaboration with staff, suppliers, contractors, and visitors is vital in supporting a connected and inclusive workplace culture.
