Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
As a key member of our electrical team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processing facility. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
* Provide daily direction to the electrical team through coaching, mentoring, and guidance.
* Oversee all aspects of fixed-plant electrical maintenance, guaranteeing statutory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
* Collaborate closely with the engineering and processing departments to plan and schedule short- and long-term maintenance tasks.
* Lead shutdown planning, execution, and post-review activities, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
* Ensure accurate work order completion, labor capture, and reporting in our CMMS system.
* Work closely with contractors to meet availability targets and enhance overall plant performance.
* Identify opportunities for improving maintenance quality, cost efficiency, and reliability, driving continuous improvement across the organization.
* Maintain a strong safety culture, promoting awareness and adherence to best practices among all team members.
