SCOPE
We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Granulation Operator to join our Kwinana team. This hands‑on role involves operating granulation equipment to manufacture granulated fertilisers from pre‑mixed batches, monitoring the process, making routine operating adjustments, and working safely to ensure product quality and consistency while supporting daily production targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Operate and monitor granulation plant and equipment to manufacture granulated fertiliser
* Start up, operate, adjust and shut down associated equipment as required for production
* Monitor product quality, including size, moisture and consistency, and make routine process adjustments
* Carry out routine manual handling tasks, including materials handling, cleaning and general production duties
* Perform basic equipment inspections, adjustments, minor repairs and equipment changeovers
* Support maintenance activities during shutdowns, breakdowns and planned maintenance work
* Assist with maintenance tasks involving Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) and Confined Space Entry, in line with site permits and procedures
* Identify, isolate and report equipment faults, hazards and process issues
* Accurately complete production records, logs and batch documentation
* Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness across the production area
* Comply with all WHS requirements, SOPs, permits, and site safety procedures.
Work Environment
* This role is based in an active industrial manufacturing setting.
* Our facility follows strong safety standards, with comfortable protective gear such as masks and ear protection used to support a safe and healthy workplace.
* Full-time positions available across both morning and afternoon shifts.
Skills & Experience
* Experience working with industrial or process equipment is highly regarded
* Background in fertiliser, chemical, agricultural, or bulk materials manufacturing is advantageous
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, with the ability to carry out basic maintenance and support more advanced maintenance activities under guidance
* Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
* Current forklift licence is required
* EWP licence and confined space training are desirable, or a willingness to complete this training
* Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely and in line with safe work practices
* Proven ability to follow site procedures, work instructions, and permit systems
* Physically capable of performing duties within an industrial manufacturing environment while maintaining safe work practices
* Comfortable working in an active manufacturing site that can be noisy and dusty, with appropriate safety equipment provided.
