As a result of our continued growth and success, we have created a new leadership position within our Wollongong ESA.
In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of Employment Consultants across a growing region and support them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
- Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of high -quality, person-centred services
- Developing strategies, programs and positive partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
- Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics
- Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
- Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
- Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants also must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver's licence with reliable transport.
