In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of Employment Consultants across a growing region and support them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance.

• Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
• Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of high -quality, person-centred services
• Developing strategies, programs and positive partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
• Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics
• Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
• Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
• Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services
