Dependent on Qualification

Occupational Therapist Level 1 - 2: $76, $108,943.00 per annum

Psychologist: $80, $117,755.00 per annum

Registered Nurse: $74, $104,336.27 per annum

Social Worker Level 1 - 2: $76, $108,943.00 per annum

In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Achieve Something Great
The Bowral Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (ages 4-17) is a small Multi-Disciplinary Team based at the Bowral Community Health Centre.It provides treatment, assessment, short- and long-term Care Coordination of consumers experiencing significant mental health disorders within the Wingecarribbee Shire.The Team operates 0830 to 1700 hrs, Monday to Friday.The successful applicant with be comfortable working with Consumers in the Community, educational settings and in-reach to Bowral District Hospital.The successful applicant will carry a Clinical Case Load and provide a range of strengths based, recovery orientated therapeutic interventions.Group and individual supervision are available.

As a pool clinician, you'll begin by supporting one of our teams to fill a current vacancy. As new opportunities arise across our mental health services, you may be offered the chance to transition to other teams—providing you with valuable experience and exposure across the diverse services within SWSLHD Community Mental Health.Future roles may become available at Ingleburn, Bankstown, Campbelltown, Ambarvale, Liverpool, Fairfield, and Wollondilly.

Are You the Right Fit?
You are a qualified Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist seeking a full‑time role within a service that actively encourages access to education and ongoing professional development. You bring a robust skill set in the assessment, management and safety planning of young people who present with clinical risk, with previous experience working in an iCAMHS team highly regarded. You are motivated to continue building your clinical capability, with opportunities to expand your skills across Consultation Liaison, PACER and Adult Mental Health teams strongly supported. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to delivering safe, high‑quality, recovery‑oriented care to young people and their families.

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

* Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or CSU Graduates: Bachelor of Health Science (Mental Health).
* Please provide a detailed description of your interest and motivation in applying for this role highlighting your relevant skills & experience in providing assessment and treatment for consumers of the mental health service.
* Using an example, describe a time where you have had to work as part of a team to solve a problem. Outline the communication skills used and how you ensured the problem would not occur again.
* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
