About the Role
The Customer Support Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists across various product suites. This includes Eftpos, eCommerce, Banking, ISO relationships, and Health products. The role requires enabling and empowering the team to deliver a differentiated and best-in-class customer experience through coaching, mentoring, and capability uplift to drive business outcomes.
