Your Role
As an Occupational Therapist – Grade 2, you'll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. You'll support individuals across the lifespan, children, adolescents, and adults, to achieve their goals and participate fully in family, social, and community life.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions.
* Develop and implement individualised therapy plans.
* Provide clinical supervision to students and junior therapists.
* Contribute to service development, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current AHPRA registration and eligibility for OT Australia membership.
* Experience in functional assessments, assistive technology, and home modifications.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
