Location :?Hybrid with an in-office requirement?in Haymarket. This may be subject to change in line with DCS workplace policies?

We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage strategic capability and transformation initiatives that align with government priorities and deliver meaningful change. This is an exciting opportunity to lead programs that enhance organisational capability and foster a positive, high?performance culture?ultimately helping?keep people and places safe and connected across NSW.?
About the team??
?
This role sits within the?Strategy, Commercial and Risk Division?team in the NSW Telco Authority.???

Our division leads strategic planning, commercial?governance?and risk management to support critical communications infrastructure and services across NSW.?You?ll?join a collaborative, purpose?driven team that partners across NSWTA and with emergency service organisations to deliver tangible outcomes, embedding best?practice change management and continuous improvement in how we work.?
Your responsibilities will include??

* Designing and implementing strategies and projects?that drive cultural and organisational transformation, with clear measures of success.?
* Leading change management initiatives?and embedding best?practice approaches, ensuring benefits are realised and sustained.?
* Driving strategic planning and prioritisation?by?translating priorities into actionable portfolios, align initiatives to government?objectives, and track performance against agreed KPIs.?
* Engaging and influencing stakeholders?to build strong, trust?based relationships across diverse teams, executive?forums?and external partners to align priorities and accelerate delivery.?
* Preparing high?quality reports,?briefings?and recommendations?to support informed,?timely?decision?making by senior leaders.
* Driving capability uplift and professional development?across the organisation broadly and within your team, building a continuous?improvement mindset.?
