Job Description:

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to lead the Audit Operations team.

This role will involve coordinating scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative support to enable effective execution of audit activities.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing a geographically dispersed team, providing strategic supervision and guidance to staff, developing workforce strategies to support business continuity, and overseeing travel coordination, logistics, and administrative support.

* Leadership and management experience with a focus on operations teams.
* Strategic planning and development skills with a focus on workforce strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
