The Regional Sales Director, APAC is responsible for driving growth and increasing market share of Managed Service Providers primarily through distribution. This role involves leading regional sales activity, team management, partner impact, and business operations in the APAC region.
* Leadership: Set regional sales strategy and vision to deliver profitable top-line growth and increased market share.
* Team Management: Plan, monitor, and appraise team performance with quick adjustments to areas of underperformance.
* Partner Impact: Represent the voice of MSPs/partners with Product Development, advocating for them and representing their input on future roadmap requirements.
* Business Operations: Establish and execute regional forecasting rhythm driving predictable and consistent sales target achievement.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of demonstrated Channel leadership experience in driving high-performing sales teams, a strong understanding of the MSP partner community, and working experience supporting them through IT distribution.
