About You
You are a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker who is confident supporting participants with a range of needs and abilities.
* Experience supporting participants in a SIL or community care setting
* Strong skills in personal care, community access and daily living support
* Ability to promote independence, choice and dignity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible, professional and person-centred approach
* Certificate III+ in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months' experience as a disability support worker
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Valid AUS Driver's Licence and willingness to transport participants
* Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
