What Does the Role Look Like?
Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you will ensure the efficient flow of our high-quality fish feed products from warehouse to customers. You\'ll coordinate with customers, internal departments and external suppliers and couriers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Order Management: Process orders, verify accuracy, and select efficient fulfilment methods.
* Delivery Coordination: Prepare shipments, schedule deliveries, and track progress.
* Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, maintain records, and assist with stocktakes.
* Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries and provide delivery updates.
* Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment.
* Warehouse Support: Assist with stock movements and reporting.

* Experience with warehouse management system is highly regarded.
