Gold Coast Health is looking for a Psychiatrist to join the Older Persons Mental Health service.

Responsibilities
* Provide inpatient and community‐based services.
* Engage in extensive teaching and research responsibilities.
Service Details
* Inpatient, outpatient and community teams.
* 130 inpatient beds: 50‐bed psychiatric unit with an ICU sub‐unit, 10‐bed acute young‐adult unit, 8‐bed child and youth unit, 16‐bed aged‐care unit, 59‐bed extended care, rehabilitation and psycho‐geriatric unit.
* Adult and child consultation/liaison services, emergency psychiatric service, two adult and two child‐and‐adolescent community clinics, and a mobile intensive therapy team.
* Supportive of overseas trained doctors' training requirements.

Qualifications
* Registration as a medical practitioner and specialist psychiatrist (FRANZCP) with the Medical Board of Australia.
