We’re looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support a significant program of work. This role is based in Melbourne and requires an on-site presence for part of the week. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to create learning solutions that help people adopt new ways of working.
You’ll develop learning materials and resources that support understanding, engagement, and effective use of processes and systems.
What You’ll Be DoingDesign and develop learning materials to support program delivery and adoption.Turn insights and information into instructional solutions.Work with various teams to ensure materials meet program and user needs.Produce a variety of learning resources, both digital and in-person.Ensure content is accurate, clear, and accessible.Update materials based on feedback and early use.Prepare materials for ongoing use and handover.
Experience You’ll NeedExperience designing learning to support change or adoption in complex environments.Ability to create blended learning solutions for diverse audiences.Familiarity with learning development methods and content creation.Ability to simplify complex information for learners.Experience maintaining and updating learning materials over time.
