Administration Officer Level 3 Headspace - Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service

Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (Through till June 2027). Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 3. Remuneration: $71,072.43 - $73,287.41 per annum, plus superannuation. Hours Per Week: 38. Requisition ID: REQ656746. Location: Bondi Junction, Sydney. Applications close date: Sunday, 17 May 2026.

Headspace, Bondi Junction – Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service is part of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD). The SESLHD vision is "exceptional care, healthier lives."

Responsibilities

You will be providing a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the headspace team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner. The Administration Officer position may be required to work a shift pattern that includes day (8.30-5pm or 9.30-6pm) and afternoon shift patterns (11am–7:30pm).

Location

Headspace, Bondi Junction - Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service. Located close to public transport options including trains and buses, cafes, restaurants and beach lifestyle.

Selection Criteria

* Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload.
* Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
* High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
* Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with policy and procedure.
