Responsibilities
* Supporting the property management team across multiple portfolios
* Providing cover during annual leave, sick leave, and court attendance
* Offering individual support to Property Managers when additional help is required
* Assisting with portfolio management tasks as needed
* At times, supporting the inspections team and the director with ad hoc tasks
* Ensuring legislative compliance and best-practice property management standards
* Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
About the role
As the Floating Property Manager, you will play a vital support role across the business, ensuring continuity and high service standards at all times. This is an ideal role for an experienced PM who enjoys variety and supporting a wider team.
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in residential property management
* Current WA Property Management Registration
* Valid WA driver's licence
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
* A proactive, team-first mindset and passion for the industry
