Field Sales Representative – B2B / FINTECH

A well-established global merchant services and payments organisation is expanding its Australian field sales team as part of a major growth phase. This is a true field sales role suited to self‐sufficient, results‐driven sales professionals who enjoy autonomy, travel, and building strong face‐to‐face relationships with merchants.
The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory through a mix of new business development and existing merchant relationships. You'll spend the majority of your time on the road, visiting retailers, executing in‐market activity, and driving commercial outcomes. No two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop a defined sales territory
* Build relationships with merchants through face‐to‐face visits
* Drive new merchant acquisition and grow existing accounts
* Promote and implement merchant service solutions
* Complete high‐volume daily store visits (10–12+ per day)
* Log activity, pipeline and outcomes via a mobile CRM/app
* Work independently while aligning to weekly business objectives
About You
* Proven sales experience (field sales, FMCG, B2B, payments, POS, telco or similar)
* Highly self‐motivated and results‐driven (outcomes over hours)
* Comfortable working autonomously and travelling regularly
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Able to engage a diverse merchant base
* Visa sponsorship available for the right person
