This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architect with strong experience in the precinct (incl multi-res and retail) sector to make a real impact by leading major projects in South-East Queensland. Their work blends design excellence with innovation, shaping spaces that enrich communities and elevate everyday experiences.
You'll work across diverse development types, scales, and all project stages, within a highly collaborative and design-focused environment. Partner with their multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional design outcomes, maintain the financial health of projects, ensure quality documentation, and foster team collaboration and communication.
This role offers the chance to lead cross-functional design disciplines, develop innovative technical solutions, and contribute to projects that define the future of our built environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce documentation and drive the DA+BA of a large-scale mixed-use multi-residential + hotel project
* Support a Senior Associate/Project Leader
* Work well with others and contribute to a positive team culture
* Stay informed on other BIM related software and how they work with Revit
Skills and Experience
* Operating at circa 7+ years experience
* In-depth working knowledge of Revit, the protocols and processes to aid in the design and delivery of projects
* Ambitious to step up and take ownership
* Proactive, efficient, solutions-focused and well organised
