Jamaica Blue Kotara is looking for a Barista / Cafe All Rounder to join the team.The successful applicant will:be passionate and have barista experience in a fast paced cafehave a solid understanding of barista concepts including extraction, dosage and latte artbe able to work independently on the coffee machine and handle busy rushes by themselvesbe willing to help run coffees, clear tables, serve on the register and do dishesThe position requires:commitment to being reliable for ongoing regular shifts (uni students will need to be able to commit to the shifts when uni goes back)4 - 5 shifts per week including one weekend day as requiredflexible working hours as the cafe opens 7:45-5:15 dailyasap startTo apply please attach a cover letter and resume with your availabilities.
