About the Role
Indiji-Corp is growing, and we are seeking experienced First Nations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Cultural Capability Facilitators to join our team.
This role is about more than training — it's about guiding conversations, shaping perspectives, and advancing reconciliation across Australia.
What You'll Do
Facilitate workplace cultural capability programs that build awareness, insight, and understanding in the workplace and the communities they impact on
Embed culturally safe practices in diverse environments
Demonstrate leadership and diplomacy to support capacity building
Strengthen teamwork and performance across organisations
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Champion and live our shared values every day
What You Bring
Proud and passionate First Nations identity (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander)
Experience as a cultural facilitator, teacher, or storyteller
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) – highly regarded
Ability to influence and inspire – when you speak, people listen
Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
Willingness and ability for regular travel intrastate and interstate throughout the delivery
