Job Title: Assistant Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, providing strategic guidance, and contributing to the department's mission.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the workload distribution and resourcing for the credit card and insurance team
* Staff Management - Establish and monitor KPIs and overall staff performance
* SOP Management for credit card and insurance (updates, version control and sign off)
* Management and actioning of ServiceNow Tickets
* Initiate, participate and lead the implementation of business process improvement initiatives as they relate to FCIT Section
Requirements
* Strong management skills and ability to motivate others to perform consistently and to a high standard
* Ability to think strategically to support the Manager, FCIT with driving change and process improvement
* Advanced written and oral communication skills
* Ability to build and grow relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
