Are you a gun communicator who thrives on keeping things moving? Our client is looking for a sharp, driven Sales Coordinator to join their Distribution team and play a pivotal role in hitting their sales targets.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied position sitting at the heart of our client's sales operation. You'll support the sales pipeline, own their e-commerce presence, manage customer relationships, and make sure everything flows smoothly from quote to delivery. You'll also pitch in across the Hire division when the team needs backup.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the sales team with quotes, freight bookings, and dispatch coordination
* Managing e-commerce listings, inbound customer messages, and order processing
* Owning the customer service experience: follow-ups, feedback, and testimonials
* Keeping CRM data clean and accurate across HubSpot, Unleashed, and Podium
* Mining the database for upsell and re‐engagement opportunities
* Monitoring stock levels, reconciling stocktakes, and coordinating inventory deliveries
* Preparing weekly sales reports and maintaining freight cost analysis
What We're Looking For
* 2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administration role
* Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and everything in between
* Confident with CRM systems and comfortable across multiple platforms
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A self‐starter who can manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
* Team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves when needed
