You'll be working on a high-ticket sales role, closing deals with decision-makers in the construction industry.ResponsibilitiesContacting leads provided by the company (no need to generate your own leads)Initiating contact primarily through cold callsFollowing up on prospectsMaintaining detailed records of sales activitiesMust be able to work minimum 10 hours per weekCompensationAttractive bonuses for selling more than 2 programmes within a 30-day periodCommission-only, with uncapped earning potentialQualificationsExperience in Inside Sales and Closing rolesStrong communication and persuasion skillsComfortable making cold calls and building relationshipsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work remotelyProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plusAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyWhy Join Us?
