GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. Our services cover all aspects of a project life cycle from the initial evaluation and study phase through to design, constructions, commissioning and operational support.
The Role
Based in our Brisbane Office, the Senior Electrical Designer would report to the Drawing Office Manager, to deliver drawings, models and designs on a variety of projects in hard rock mineral processing and bulk materials handling.
The Electrical Designer is responsible for:
* Developing models and related drawings with the assistance of a Lead, Senior or relevant Engineering
* Ensuring compliance to company design standards, client requirements and relevant Australian Standards
* Assist in the delivery of projects within predetermined specifications
What you'll bring to the team:
* Design experience in the mining sector
* Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Drafting or equivalent
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft suite of applications
* A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to learn and grow
