My Property Client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team to assist them with all things Admin Coordination in a varied and dynamic permanent ongoing position.
**Your new role**
You will work a standard 38 hour, full time work week, 100% on site in Geelong VIC. The purpose of the Administrator is to provide key administrative functions for the management office. On any given day, you will see yourself completing functions such as:
- General reception duties including contractor sign in & maintaining key register
- Maintain contact lists for key stakeholders
- Booking of staff travel
- Document all communication with tenants regarding collection and ensure these are received by due dates
- Arrange contractors for repairs & maintenance jobs
- Monthly rent roll process
- Prepare and Distribute memos to tenants as required
- Raising purchase orders
- Daily and weekly property checks to ensure compliance with site requirements and reporting
- Manage and co-ordinate the distribution of correspondence
- Ensure that place & presentation is of a high standard
- Distribute mail as it arrives
- Organise couriers when required
- Ensure weekly staff meetings are minuted and distributed prior to next meeting
- Marketing support
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
**Please note, this role may require travel to the Mornington Peninsula every 6 weeks (paid for by the company)
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed as the Administrator, you will need:
- Experience in the Property sector or Retail Operations desired
- Experience in an office Administrative capacity
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and management
- A high attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and remain thorough at all times
- An ability to prioritise and remain organised
- An ability to take initiative and be proactive
- A can do, approachable and collaborative attitude
