We're looking for Associate Nurse Unit Managers (ANUM) to lead and inspire our team in delivering exceptional cardiac and respiratory care to the community. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the development of healthcare practices across various settings.
As the ANUM, you'll play a crucial part in driving better care in the community, overseeing clinical practices, and guiding less experienced staff. Essential Criteria
* Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Holds a current practicing certificate.
* At least 3 years post-registration experience.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience in supervising and mentoring less experienced staff.
