Work Pattern: Tues–Thurs in office; Mon and Fri - WFH
The Program Manager leads the delivery, governance, and operational performance of a NSW Government MSP CWM Solution. Overseeing end‐to‐end MSP operations, ensuring compliance with the 0007 Scheme, and guidance of agencies and suppliers through correct processes. You will also lead a small team of Contingent Business Partners and drive continuous improvement across systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure full compliance with 0007 scheme, including rate cards, job categories, pay types, tenure rules, and documentation standards
* Lead and support two Contingent Business Partners, ensuring consistent, high‐quality service delivery
* Maintain VMS (Fieldglass) data integrity, including job templates, rate codes, worker classifications, start dates, and audit readiness
* Maintain accurate audit and compliance across the account
* Build and manage relationships with labour‐hire suppliers across the panel
* Provide guidance to hiring managers and agencies on correct processes, compliance expectations, and scheme rules
* Produce workforce reporting, insights, and governance recommendations
What You'll Bring
* Experience in MSP, contingent workforce management, recruitment operations, or government workforce programs
* Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders
* A detail‐driven approach to compliance, governance, and data accuracy
* Experience leading VMS CI projects
* Ability to lead and coach a small team
* Comfort working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment with multiple agencies and suppliers
