We achieve these outcomes by applying a commercial focus, and by building mutually respectful and productive partnerships with Indigenous Australians, government, non-government and private sector organisations.Our people are invested, informed, responsive, respectful and connected.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and motivated person to fill the IT Administrative Officer position.About the roleThe IT Administrative Officer reports into the Service Delivery Manager and is responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative functions across the ICT Team.
This includes payment of IT invoices, meeting agenda and minutes, Telstra billing, IT budget tracker, IT procurement support, IT Hardware asset administration and supporting IT Functional Leads.This is considered a critical role and requires that they also have the capabilities to develop and maintain documentation of all the processes under their area of responsibility.Duties included but not limited to:Facilitate correct payment of ICT invoices and be the central liaison to Finance for all ICT invoice matters.Maintain the master ICT contracts and software registers, annual ICT budget actual worksheet, and contract/vendor evaluation documents.Monitor the ICT invoices inbox, drafting replies to less complex enquiries.Prepare documents for ICT team meetings and vendor meetings, including minutes, agendas and meeting requests.Act as a Homebase coordinator for your home site, ensuring that the IT Hardware Asset Station is managed in accordance with the IT Hardware Asset Station Handbook.Provide procedural, administrative and operational support to the Information Management team.Other duties as required.What you'll bring to the teamExperience working in an ICT team or performing administrative functions.Experience working with ServiceNow as an IT Service Management tool.Experience working with and managing ICT budgets and vendors.Office 365 experience working with Excel, MS Teams and SharePoint.Ability to work on different technology platforms.Analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect and analyse complex material and data, and present it in an accessible form.Good oral and written communication and the capacity to be flexible in balancing priorities to meet/exceed customer needs.Cultural CapabilityAwareness and understanding of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander societies and culture.Ability to liaise and communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.What you'll get in returnA values-based organisation that drives financial inclusion and economic empowerment with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.15.4% employer contribution to superannuation.Not-for-profit status, with access to salary packaging.4 weeks annual leave, with half-pay annual leave and purchased leave available.Christmas close-down without leave deduction.18 days personal/carers leave.Want to know more about IBA?
