Key Responsibilities Develop and execute personal and team sales goals.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and ensure team cohesion.

Prepare and provide insights on performance and opportunities for growth.

Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fitness sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is advantageous.
