We're looking for a motivated and reliable
Desktop Support Engineer
to provide onsite IT support across multiple customer locations throughout the Brisbane metro area. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being customer-facing, working across varied environments, and taking ownership of incident resolution.
You'll be responsible for supporting end users with day-to-day desktop and hardware issues, rebuilding and imaging devices, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and providing high-quality technical support in line with ITIL processes. Regular travel between sites is required, with travel reimbursement provided.
What You'll Do
* Windows 11 desktop support and troubleshooting
* Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support
* Device build, rebuild, imaging and deployment (laptops and peripherals)
* Microsoft Intune device management and support
* Diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
* Printer installation, configuration and fault resolution
* Incident and request handling in line with ITIL practices
* Onsite support across multiple Brisbane metro locations
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience supporting Windows 11 environments
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune
* Proven experience building and imaging hardware
* Solid technical knowledge of laptops and desktop devices
* Experience diagnosing connectivity and printing issues
* Understanding of ITIL Incident and Request processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Responsive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Essential Requirements
* Australian Citizenship (essential)
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) OR the ability to obtain one.
* Own vehicle and willingness to travel across Brisbane metro sites
