Our client, located in the Inner East, have the requirement for an experienced Administrator to join them in their Operations function. There is on site parking and plenty of public transport links; you will also be remunerated very well.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong admin experience for an initial 7 month contract.
**Main responsibilities;**
- Coordinate a range administrative and operational procedures under the direction of the Director of College Administration
- Explore, recommend, and implement organisational platforms and parent communication strategies
- Coordination of events end to end - overseeing budgets, suppliers, vendors, catering etc
- Operational responsibilities from rostering, timetables, classroom changes, assisting with boarders
- Provide administrative support to leaders and liaise with families as needed
**You will be;**
- Experience in an Administration role with strong event and operations responsibilities
- Calm under pressure
- Ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially and with sensitivity
- Self-motivated, with demonstrated initiative and solution-focused approach
- Education experience desirable
- Immediately available for a 7 month contract
