Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager for a stunning resort located in The Hunter Valley Hinterland.

Manage the day-to-day profitability, presentation, and operations of the property.
Oversee financial forecasting, staff rostering, and promotional activities to boost sales.
Develop and lead the property team to reach their full potential.
Make strategic decisions to increase RevPAR by analyzing data and market trends.
Qualifications:
To be successful, you will require the following experience:
Extensive operational and financial management experience in a hotel environment.
Proven strategic and operational leadership skills, with a focus on accountability and staff engagement.
Track record of maintaining high service standards while maximizing revenue and controlling expenses.
Ability to foster strong relationships with guests, owners, and staff.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Ability to identify and develop new opportunities and partnerships within the local market.
