Job Description We are seeking a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our back-of-house team. As a key part of our kitchen operations, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting chefs with kitchen logistics, and ensuring our high hygiene standards are upheld at all times. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas including dishes, floors, equipment, and work surfaces Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Assist with receiving and storing deliveries Ensure rubbish and recycling are disposed of properly and regularly Support kitchen team with basic prep tasks as required Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and OH&S standards at all times
