Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and develop our customer service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and providing expert advice to customers.

* Prior experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry is highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of motorcycle parts, accessories, and brands, as well as an awareness of market trends and customer preferences.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and customer relations.
