About The Role
This is a high‐impact role for someone who enjoys turning insight into action. Reporting within the Governance & Risk Services team, you'll work across the organization to identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient and more customer‐focused ways of working. From frontline services to corporate processes, you'll analyse how things are done today and help design practical, achievable improvements for tomorrow.
You'll Partner With Leaders And Teams To
* Review and analyse business processes and service delivery models
* Define future‐state improvements that balance value, cost and risk
* Support both manual and system‐based process enhancements
* Embed continuous improvement thinking across the organization
Your work will directly contribute to better outcomes for residents, businesses and community users across the Maranoa region.

What You'll Enjoy
* Permanent, Full‐time Position (36.25 hours per week)
* Stream A Level 6‐7 – $85,147.67 to $92,036.95 per annum
* Maranoa locality allowance $72.00 per fortnight
* Work a 9‐day fortnight with a rostered day off
