*About The Position:*
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager Property Management to join our client in Mosman Park. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a confident communicator who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and growing a property management portfolio. The role offers stability, autonomy, and the chance to be part of a well-regarded, professional agency.
*Key Responsibilities Include:*
* Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
* Convert inbound enquiries and sales leads into new managements.
* Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new landlords and properties.
* Prepare and present tailored property management proposals.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and secure cross-department opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for all leads and activity.
* Meet or exceed monthly KPI targets (minimum 10 new managements per month).
* Attend internal meetings, training sessions, and client events.
* Ensure all work complies with legislation and agency standards.
*Skills & Experience Required:*
* Proven experience in Business Development, Property Management, or Real Estate Sales.
* Current WA Sales Registration Certificate (or ability to obtain).
* Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
* Confident using CRM and Microsoft Office software.
* Professional presentation and client-focused approach.
* Current WA Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
