The Role
As a Senior Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects from inception to completion. You will:
- Lead large-scale multi-unit residential and mixed-use projects
- Mentor and guide talented architects and designers
- Engage directly with high-profile clients and leading consultants
- Champion design excellence while balancing commercial and delivery imperatives
- Contribute strategically to the ongoing growth of the Brisbane studio
